Seasoning and Initial Sterilization?
Salt City Drum Smokers recommends using a cooking spray on the inner drum walls and inner lid surfaces. We also recommend cooking at 300'F for a few hours without any food in the drum to sterilize the cooking surfaces. Re-season the drum smoker after extensive cleaning with degreasers or over the counter grill cleaners.
Auto Temperature Control Systems?
Salt City Drum Smokers recommends using BBQ Guru products and adapters. Our Drums were designed specifically for BBQ Guru controllers.
Cleaning and Care?
Salt City Drum Smokers recommends using a scraper tool to remove built-up grease and debris from the inside walls and bottom of the drum smoker. Occasionally use an oven/kitchen de-greaser for a comprehensive cleaning.

We ship our Drum Smokers to the continental United States "Lower 48" and the District Of Columbia.
Salt City Drum Smokers provides a limited warranty on all parts, excluding powder coating and exterior coating deficiencies.
Do you accept returns?
Salt City Drum Smokers return policy states the smoker must be returned unused and in the same condition as received within 14 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and applicable shipping fees. No return on drums smokers ordered with a custom colors, accessories or design elements.
